One item was damaged upon receipt and refund was dealt with extremely promptly

I ordered a gift set for my wife but it appears I did not put the required code to receive a free gift. I telephoned and the matter was sorted straight away.

A damaged gift was taken back to your store in Meadow Hall , and although the item was not purchased from that store the manager kindly exchanged the damaged item .Full marks for excellent customer service

I had a bad experience at the Regent street shop, and I thought I should stop purchasing Loccitane products.
However they changed my mind, I would be back shop again.

Emailed l'occitane yesterday with an issue of a gift box that was omitted from the online order. Vivienne emailed back today with an immediate solution and a very pleasant email.

Love L’occitane products but one product wasn’t up to the mark. Soni at L’Occitane explained the issue to me and offered me a replacement without me sending the other product back. First class service from a gorgeous company.

Package was damaged and one of the items had leaked. A lady named Musfika was incredibly helpful and sorted out a replacement order straight away. Thanks so much.

I called to L'Occitane customer service because they send me wrong size of my Divine Cream and extra charge me too.
I talked with Bethany, she is brilliant and very helpful. She have refunded £27 back to my original payment card. And I received it already. Also she arranged for an additional 30ml Divine Cream to be sent to me to make up for the missing 20ml. Will be arrive soon. Overall I am very pleased and happy with the way she handle things so quick. Thank you very much Bethany for your help.
